    ISO wonton filling recipe.

Sorry just exactly what do you mean by Wontons? Are they in soup or served just after boiling, or are they fried? All are possible, and different ingredients go well with different styles. I do recommend adding some cilantro in there though, maybe in lieu of the cabbage.

Did Anyone Watch House this Week?

I'm in China so haven't gotten to download the latest episode yet, but I agree that the cop has got to go. He's adding unnecessary distractions to the show, I just hope one of these episodes that he ends up back in the hospital dependant on House to save him from some unknown illness.

Yu Xiang Ji Si (Chinese Spicy Chicken Slivers)

I've never had it with chicken before, but I'm seriously burnt out on the pork version. It was one of the first dishes I learned to consistently order, and ordered way too much of it. I'm living in Shanghai and I couldn't imagine it being any sweeter, but Shanghai is known for having sweet food.

    ISO stinky tofu recipe

I'm pretty sure that the biggest problem with real traditional stinky tofu (chou doufu) is that the tofu is aged a certain way, and my guess is that unless you are in China it will be almost impossible to get the proper tofu. Once you find the tofu it's pretty simple, just deep fry the...
