My wife desires a chewy, but tender brownie with a milk-chocolate flavor as she doesn't like dark chocolate. The texture must be less heavy than fudge, but more dense and rich than cake. I've got a pretty good recipe, but it isn't quite right. So I'm putting out the question to my friends here at DC.

Hook me up, oh masters of fudge.

Oh, and a tip for everyone, a bit of hazlenut coffee creamer adds a wonderful flavor to chocolate fudge.

mind posting your recipie to see how you do it to make sure ours is different.

also, what isn't "right" about your recipe? Not chocolatey enough, not chewy enough, ect.
