That looks super duper to me, IC....no wonder I'm always disappointed when I go out to dinner! You chefs have me spoiled, visually.

I think mostly everyone likes a good steak. I love my steeaks but I try to eat mostly seafood. At one point I was eating a steak like 4-5 times a week.
