Dickey's Barbecue How are they??

Just noticed that a Dickey's is opening up and was curious if anyone had dined at one. The ad shows that they have been around since 1941, but I have never heard about them on either PBS or Food Network shows like Dinners, Drive in, or dives, or Al Rockers travel about the country.

A Dickey's Barbecue is also opening in Reno, NV, which is where I do all my major shopping. I have never even heard of Dickey's until I read in the newspaper that they were opening.

The TV shows don't cover everything.

Dickey's is a chain of Texas Style BBQ stands. I've eaten there several times and it's not bad Q.

All I can suggest is try it and see if you like it.
