Dinner August 22?

It's Aug 23 now where I am. But last night I made chicken legs baked in thyme, dijon, lime, and olive oil. (I placed the marinade in between the skin and flesh and that made a BIG difference in taste!) This is such a great recipe. I also made pan-fried codfish fillet with terriyaki sauce on a bed of sauteed leeks. And of course steamed thai jasmine rice on the side.
