We're meeting my sister's family and my father in Williamsburg tonight and will dine in one of the fine establishments there.

Well, he's invited some of the guys over for pigs knuckles, boiled potatoes and sauerkraut. I'm making a new chicken recipe for me.

I'm meeting up with friends for lunch and possibly dinner too.
I hope we enjoy our time together as I am so excited about seeing them.
Probably going to famour Pizza joint in the Bay area. What happens after that, it's up in the air. But for sure, a meal is in store, just no cooking for this lefselover.

Leftovers from last night's pot roast, tossed in w/just a touch of bbq sauce, and on rolls, and we call it BBQ roast. The kids and I are going to HEB (grocery store) to get their pics taken w/the Easter bunny, and if they have samples then that would fill us up for lunch. If not ... Grilled cheese it is.

it's beeeeeeeeeeeeyouteeeeeeeeeful out today! After a morning of running errands, I'm ready to get out into the yard and start the official spring clean up.

I'm making salad with boston lettuce, grilled mushrooms, roasted plums and a firm goat cheese that's been soaked in wine.

Next I'm making truffle raviolis with caviar butter and T-bones on the grill with a port reduction.

Coconut custard pie for dessert.

Verabluetinis for cocktails, and pinot noir with dinner. Martel with the pie.
