Dishes I am going to hopefully make in January

Ribeye steak with herb garlic butter and goose fat chips
broccoli and stilton cheese soup
tanndori chicken with panner and spinach and tazaki
turbot fricasse
malaysian chicken soup

Hopefully more when i get time

If any seem nice to you i will include a recipe .

Did you get some new cookbooks for Christmas, Nick? They all sound exotic and wonderful!

Where do you get goose fat chips? I've only roasted a goose once, and never thought to save the fat!

i got loads and loads of cook books i must use so i decided to do that. I took some time off over december but i am back on it.

Goose fat you ca nsave via cooking a goose but we can get here in supermarkets.

Nice to have met you lee i am from the uk.
