Master Chef
Mine is meatloaf, mashed taters and gravy, green beans. Very traditional dinner tonight.
And Coleman's classic mint sauce from England for the lamb!Pan fried thick loin lamb chops seasoned with Herbs de Provence/garlic, steamed & buttered broccolini. Rice with mushrooms & onion for the SousChef.
For dessert, it will be a small bowl of Bryers 3 carb ice cream topped with a few fresh raspberries.
Have a great weekend Cheryl.....wish on a star for me.
Oh I had some leftover chicken from last night, had some left over masa. So I made fried pies out of the two.
No sauces because the chicken and rice had been cooked in a sauce. That sounds really tasty Cin! Did you serve a sauce over the top?
