I don't make the pickles, I just eat'em. Interestingly, Dx makes a pretty plain pickle juice, vinegar and sugar, more a sweet-pucker upper. She's a teaser, I've got to say that much. No whole all-spice, cloves or coriander seeds, which I like in other times.

To the meatballs I added a healthy pinch ground all-spice and cardamom. Go figure.

We are having mish-mosh. Left over butternut squash soup, chicken mozzarella sausages, and cucumber and tomato slices. I got a couple of those fantastic Costco hot dogs as well for DH.

We got our flu shots and stopped for supper at Mckibbin's Irish Pub on the way home. Quite enjoyable.

Today was chili cook-off day at work. So.......chili is what's for dinner! I didn't win this year :( but it was fun and I think everyone enjoyed themselves.

Yummy sounding meals here tonight. I made a quinoa salad earlier today for dinner tonight, but ended up building a burrito when I got home instead. A burrito just sounded good, and the salad should be even better tomorrow anyway. lol
