I was running low on spoons yesterday, so I took a lot of help from Penzeys. Pan-seared Alaskan pollock sprinkled with Penzeys Trinidad seasoning, rice medley cooked in the microwave with Penzeys Fox Point seasoning and Freeze-dried Shallots, and garden-fresh green beans and red pepper simmered in chicken broth with more Fox Point and Shallots.
