I cooked Shrimp Pad Thai and green curry with chicken and eggplant served on jasmine rice. It was very good. The Pad Thai was exceptionally good! DH thinks he doesn't like Thai because of a couple of restaurant experiences and a couple here at home (I like spicy, he doesn't) He had leftover fajitas, but when pressed he did try the Pad Thai and pronounced it "not bad". Later I caught him having another taste, and he then said "I'd eat that"! Hmmm,Ya I can see that! ;-)

If you don't like the food, have more wine!
