Today is steamed swiss chard, brown rice, and 2 eggs, scrambled (I needed some variety), some vanilla yogurt with fresh strawberries, a glass of Switchel (haymaker's punch). It promises to be a hot and humid day in SE Ontario. This may be all I cook today.

I just can't eat when I get up. I don't feel like eating until around three or four in the afternoon.
