Grilled chicken breast, baby shells with cream sauce, caesar salad and a glass of white wine. Bought some proscuitto but didn't get a chance to buy any asparagus. Maybe tomorrow.
Last night I sliced up some beautiful cleaned squid (with tentacles), sauteed it up with some chopped garlic in extra-virgin olive oil, stirred in some spicy Arrabbiata pasta sauce, & served it over fettuccini. A big green salad of fresh farmers market lettuce completed the meal.
