I think DH likes his new overnight hours... freshly made call ahead breakfast!
I made him and the kids scrambled eggs and fried potatoes w/ onions. I dont like scrambled eggs so I just had potatoes and melted some cheddar cheese on them. Wow I could eat potaoes 3 meals a day that way!

Does Kraft dinner (Alfredo style) at 1 am count as breakfast? Guess my appetite has come back

My usual, steel cut oats with fresh blueberries and a big mug of Peet's Major Dickason!

I have a breakfast bake and a coffee cake in the oven.
I was going to make caramel rolls but I didn't want to stay up last night and I didn't want to get up at 4 today!

I am making our traditional Easter breakfast - ham, poached eggs, and homemade hasbrowns I prepped last night.

Easter candy
we also had what I'd call breakfast tacos. Made some hashbrowns and some scrambled eggs with mushrooms and ham in them. Then we put everything in a tortilla and topped it with salsa and cheese.

We had pork sausage patties, scrambled eggs, hot cross buns I made yesterday and coffee. Buck finished with some candy out of his Easter basket.

Brunch was creamed asparagus on toast with three sunnyside up eggs on top.
