Miss you all so much! I'm using my phone's simcard but it costs a fortune.
I've become pescetarian thanks to my 9yr old Caty that gags verytime she eats meat lol! She asked me if I'll please do it with her since she doesn't want to do it alone I love fish so I agreed to it over being fully vegan which if done before but don't want her too. I think adding fish to her diet at such a young age is a better option. Miss ya!

It was homemade pizza. A homemade scicilian crust topped with fresh garlic, diced roma tomatoes, fresh spinich, toasted pine nuts, fresh mushrooms and fresh mozzarella, parmesean, and feta cheeses. Yum Yum!!

I've been playing with Peter Reinhart's recipe, and am not happy with it (surprising, being as I've never had a problem with any of his other breads). So I'm looking for a good one.
