We were supposed to have Indian Food but with a sick little one who is very needy, I don 't have the time to cook so we are doing leftovers....eggplant & sausage parmesan, salad & fresh baguette with extra sauce.

yesterday was 'baking day' for me. I baked steak pie and apple pie using puff pastry. ( These two are my husband's favorite )
Then created my own recipe and made cherry and fig scones. I am really pleased with them.
Today, I am cooking Chicken curry and rice for dinner. Starter will be spicy prawns with tomato served on whole meal tortila bread.
