I didn't eat dinner until much later. For Mark, I put a chicken breast in my small crock-pot with some diced tomatoes and onions and bell pepper. I thickened the sauce up just before it was done with a little flour. That was served over rice. It's a hard thing to take a picture of, but here are a couple.
