Looks good, Patty. I'm having beef patties for dinner, but with mashed taters and grean beans.

I love your avatar!

Thanks!!

I was going to have ground pork pattie, but when it thawed, I didn't like the way it smelt.

We had beef stroganoff with three kinds of mushrooms, all over noodles with a side of lemon-garlic sauteed baby spinach, iced tea and the last of the Swedish nut cake for dessert.

Aisian marinated grilled butterfly pork loins drizzled with its marinade after boiling. Mixed brocolli, cauliflower, snow peas, carrot, water chestnet with a parmeganio regiano mornay sauce. Will the food police get me if I confess when I started the roux I sauted and added 2T finely chopped red onion & 2 clove finely chopped garlic into the mornay? I hope not. Janet and I both liked the meal.
