GA - Atlanta ... eateries?

The Varsity. If you're visiting Atlanta, The Varsity should be stop. It's a cultural experience.

I enjoyed Pappadeux last time I was there. There's also a Trader Vic's, but that's probably no big deal to a Californian. :mrgreen:
 
I agree with the Varsity. Growing up in Atlanta, that is definitely a landmark
eatery.

If you're talking higher end, I would suggest any of the restaurants owned by
Pano's and Paul's. Pano's and Paul's restaurant is right in the heart of old
Buckhead.

103 West is also excellent as is Pricci and Nava.

I had to add to this list the OK Cafe for the best diner style food
that is almost too good to be diner food. Of course how can one
forget Waffle House. When I lived in Atlanta, I used to go there
2 times a week. I could go on and on. So many great places to eat
in ATL.
