Well I made my shrimp scampi and used the Verdange Chardonnay and it really turned out good. Hubby really liked it too! Thanks for all the tips. I do plan on making it again and use another one of the types of white wines suggested. Thanks again everyone!

Whoops....I forgot to mention I did try the Chardonnay and did like its taste. I see what they mean when they say its a dry wine. So I've tried a White Zinfendal and Chardonnay now, in the white wine family, and really like them both. Now I'll be sure to try the other wine makers to compare and find the one I like the best. Thanks again everyone!
