is a recipe invented by me

250 ml of frozen milk

100 g of powdered sugar

4 tablespoons of Nesquik + 1 for garnish

50 g of hazelnuts

pods for decoration

200 ml of whipped cream

straws

I froze the milk in empty jars of yogurt the night before. In a mixer or blender pour some hazelnut, the Nesquik, powdered sugar and a small cup of milk. Mix for 10-15 seconds. Let rest a few minutes and while the mixer and remove the milk from the freezer. Pass the jars for a moment under the water and the milk will come off.pour the milk in the mixer and operated in moderate power so that the mixture becomes smooth, leaving dense. Add a few tablespoons of whipped cream to make frothy milkshake-ice cream, mixed and transferred into glasses, add a few whole hazelnuts and finished with whipped cream, sprinkle of Nesquik. Garnish with wafers and straws
