Hello, everyone I was doing my grandmother rib rub and in it she has 3 tablespoons kosher salt. my question is since I don't have that salt can I use reg table salt and if so how much to make 3 tab or should I use less then that? thanks for any help.

If you don't have kosher salt, you can use table salt in a pinch. Just use 2 teaspoons of table salt for each tablespoon of kosher salt.

It might be also noted that using Kosher Salt instead of Table Salt in the rub is not so much for salt flavoring but because its large crystals draw moisture out of meats and other foods more effectively than other salts.
