It should be fine. We often leave bacon out from Sunday brunch and use it in a salad that night.

Just reheat and eat - it will be fine - it will probably be fine without even reheating. It is cured and many cured meats are left out out at room temp. all the time.

I agree. my family picks at leftover bacon (left out) all the time.

It's fine to eat, eat now or eat later on a sandwich. BLT , turkey club etc or freeze for later. No biggie.
