Now that I've got my meat grinder, I will be soon attempting my first ever turkey or chicken or pork sausage. Does anyone have any advice? Spices you can't live w/o? I was just gonna grind a bunch of meat and toss all the seasoning I have in my kitchen into the bowl and mix. :)
