Cornbread from my work.

There were no measurements because it comes in premade and packaged cases.

The ingredients are...

Buttermilk
unbleached wheat flour
granulated sugar
cornmeal
canola oil or soybean oil
liquid whole eggs
water
skim milk powder
sodium aluminum phosphate
baking soda
salt
xanthan gum

I can't believe I remembered. I'm still brain-dead. Worked until midnight today.
I have a double shift tomorrow starting at 11. And again on Sunday.

Haha. I can't... Well... Not easily. My mom has a bunch of friends over and theyre crazy drunk and screaming. Plus my friend is in my room playing his video gaming using ventrillo which means he's talking to people. So sleeping wouldn't be easy. He's leaving by Christmas...so he says. Probably by then I'll get some more sleep.
