I'm not a big fan of cheesecakes unless there's a really good fruit topping. I've never once seen cranberry cheesecake, but I would definitely try it if I had. That looks and sounds fantastic!

I Have the mother-load of cranberries in my freezer that Im dying to use up. This looks like a good place to start.
