I'm a new user here.. last week I cooked a very special menu for my family!
And I did it in the restaurant where I work
I elaborated and cooked everything by myself! Everything was picked from markets or quality shops.
I served it with VOSS water and a personal wine list.
They picked a delicious Renard-Barnier Champagne Blanc de blancs (kind of vintage, grapes selected from 2000-2001 only) and a Louis Jadot pinot noir.
