ISO Veg Cottage Pie/Parsnip Mash
Anyone have a good/TNT recipe for Vegetable Cottage Pie with a Parsnip mash on top? Thanks!

I don't have one too hand but I do remember making a shepherds pie using lentils for the base mix. You could make up your favourite lentil dish for the base. I would probably use a 1:2 parsnip to potato mix for the topping with some grated cheddar mixed in.
