This looks like a clever quick idea for making Cannelloni - using egg roll wrappers rather than home made dough, for a quick summer dish. I would prepare a more traditional Italian filling, rather than Deli ham -- proscuitto, ricotta, egg, herbs, parm, mozzarella and garlic. Cannelloni for thought.
