I am particularly interested in how to cook soya. its amazingly difficult to cook soya. I have soaked the beans and then used a hand blender to whizz them up. thats a good tip. But they still seem to take ages to cook properly

I was just wondering what to do with them. they are not an easy food. yet apparently the japanese eat soya and never get arthritis and things like that. its wonderful bone food

Why not buy tofu? It's soya bean curd and can be added to salads, grilled, fried...
