I'll keep my answer short and sweet! If you have to go, you have to go! My daughter has had a bladder problem since birth and can't pinch. She used to be in a school like and I went and spoke to the Principal and demanded my daughter be allowed to go if she needs to. I can understand the rules that only one child may go at a time during class and that they should get back promptly but not being allowed to go is crazy.

I still say, money talks, and if money walks, well the school might reconsider. Or, can she be switched to another class with another teacher?

Unfortunatelly there is no another school, or even another class for that matter. The whole school is maybe 70-80 kids. There are only 6 in her class. Teacher that cannot handle 6 girls is really not a teacher in my view. But Principal still insists that thigs can work out. There basicaly 2 month left of school, when he is planing for those things to work out I do not know.

That's pretty sad Charlie,

Your paying that school good money for tuition for 3. Now he says he's planning on something- eventually.. Did he say when his something would be implemented? Will it be during the summer break, corrected before the new school year starts? Tuition paying parents have a right to know before they shell out the money.

Home schooling is cheaper if need be it's free. I've done it. Paid for it myself. Donated money for those who needed the money to educate their kids.

Looks to me you and your daughter are supposed to just hold on for the rest of the year. If her teacher can't handle 6 kids it's time she steps back. Especially if she's female teaching young ladies your daughters age. She ought to know better than that. The teacher is the one who's over exasperating the problem here. Not your daughter.

2 months left? Looks to me like your daughter will be racking up the tardy slips.. You go girl! worst that could happen is detention after school. Good luck making her show up for them.

Charlie this is a horrible story and borders on abusive treatment of your child. I doubt that I would have been as amiable in my conversation with them as you were.

Document everything. Write down dates, times, and names of parties involved. Have your attorney send a letter to the school to make sure they are following the rules. I'm sure the state where you live has regulations that every school must follow. A certain number of teachers per student. Health codes will specify the number of bathrooms a building of a certain level of occupancy should have.
