Got to eat in a restaurant that was featured on No Reservations.

Straits Kitchen in Singapore. In the Grand Hyatt. Was there a couple of weeks ago. Emulated the Singapore hawker culture, basically a buffet style (but everything cooked in small batches continually). Was arranged in several "stalls", couple Indian, couple Chinese, Indonesian, etc, reflecting the intersection of cultures in Singapore.

Absolutely fabulous.

Get to go back in a couple of weeks.
