Has anyone ever watched Rachel Ray grill portobello mushrooms?, I was watching her grill some just yesterday and when she finished they looked really good. So good I ran out to the grocerie store and bought 4 pounds of the things and I plan to grill them for tomorrow evenings supper. :chef:
 
WE grill them often Tweedee, I brush with a mix or butter and evoo with some roasted garlic thrown in..They have a texture to me almost steak like..I'm sure you will enjoy them.

I would enjoy grilling Racheal Ray! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr...... :glare: 40 bucks a day for just eatting. YEAH..... big challenge. Just for ONCE I want to see her true reaction when she eats something. "yeah..... this is alright. It needs more spice." or "this is bland as George Lucas's hair style".

Rachel...... you lost me at 'hello'. :sick:
