MJ - I can use all the help that you can give me. I get confused about threads. Please help me turn off my email notifications.

Maybe I can help. If you look at the top of this page there is something called "user cp" , which is your user control panel ( click on that). From there, look to the left and you will see "edit options". Check or uncheck as you please each option, such as messaging notification, receive emails from admins, receive emails from members, thread subscriptions, private messaging.

If you do not want to subscribe to threads, (meaning you dont want to be notified every time someone replies to a thread you subscribed to, just set it to "do not subscribe".
