One does not have to be a doktor to know that a kg = 2.2 pounds and a cup =236.6 ml. Still waiting for a metric uhr and kalender.

but you have ounces, pounds, cups....
when do I use what??

I prefer my metric.. wo don't have units like 1 6/8 or something like that ;o)

The center tube is bigger on a bundt pan resulting in the hole in the middle of the gugelhupf being bigger than if made with most angel food pans; plus the outside of the cake will not have the typical swirl type ridges.

It's not specifically metric, but a lot of Europe uses 24 hour time.
