I just made some Marzipan for Christmas.
It is so delicious I will never buy the ready made one again.
I though it would be complicated to make but all it takes is the following.
I ground up some whole almonds in the coffee grinder. I did not blanch them. No need. I then cooked them with a little water, honey, cinnemon and nutmeg for around a minute. I switched off the heat and added some orange and rum liquer that I made last Christmas and left all this on the afterheat.
