Best Cookies I've ever had...

One of the best cookie recipes I have ever found:

2.25 cups AP Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt
0.75 cups Sugar
0.75 cups Brown Sugar
1 cup (2 sticks) butter
2 large, beaten egg yolks
1 tsp Vanilla extract
Chocolate chips

Plave iven racks 1/4 high from the botton and 3/4 hgih from the botton of the oven and preheat the oven to 375 F. Blend all of the wet ingredients (sugar, yolks vanilla etc). Then mix all the dry ingredients (flour, salt etc). Blend them together with a standing mixer, or a spoon, or evenm your hands. Once the mixture comes together fold in the choc. chips, and scoop onto parchment lined baking pan, or just an ungreased pan. Place in oven for 15-17 minutes

Thanks to Alton Brown's "Im Just Here for More Food"
