Randall27 needs help making fudge set up correctly

Here's a message from Randall27:

HI There;
I hope that you can help me.I have been trying to make old fashioned chocolate fudge for years,
but it won`t set up. I`m wondering if you would have any ideas as to what I`m doing wrong. Any advice you would have I would gladly take.
Thanks in advance
