We are having a late Cinco de Mayo luncheon at work and I was wanting to make a sorbet out of margarita mix, with lime zest. I swore I saw a sorbet recipe that did not require an ice cream maker, but all the ones I find call for one. I guess I mainly want to make a frozen dessert out of margarita mix. There is also something called an ice? Any suggestions? pssst, I am posting from work... shhhh!
