We get a couple hams a year from DH's work. Usually they're more than we need, so I end up freezing a lot. We just received our Easter ham, and I realized we need to use up the frozen stuff.
Here's what I did:
Put about 1/2 cup brown sugar in the bottom of the crockpot. Added about a pound or so of previously frozen ham (sliced). Sprinkled more brown sugar on top, and added a T of cinnamon. Currently cooking on low for a couple hours. I snitched a taste, and it's really good!
