4 cups of beef stock or more (fills up 4 inches of a 1 foot in diameter soup pan)
1 1/2 tomatoe - diced
1/4 a onion - diced
Basil like a handful of dry basil
either 1/2 cup or 1/4 cup of Chardonny wine - the white melon stuff wine either one of those too cause i don't measure i just approimate
2 Galric cloves smashed and chopped finely

1. Heat up the beef stock and add in the tomatoes

You could turn that into SPINACH BEEF too, just take out the tomato, add 1 square box frozen chopped spinach.
