Hi Franca. I am glad you enjoyed your visit to New Zealand - a lot has changed since 1991 - especially our interest in food. You will have to come again! I was in San Francisco last year - but did not get to Monterey Bay and went north to Nappa instead - visited a few winerys and restaurants (including a famous French one...) came home very fat!

Napa is one of our favorite parts of Calif. - so many great wineries and restaurants. Our area has many fantastic restaurants as well and more wineries are springing up all over, but we always enjoy getting away to Napa (and Sonoma) to visit our favorites up there.

I know all about coming home fat from vacation ... I gained several extra pounds in France in June!

Oh ... now you're making me drool on my keyboard. (So attractive.... ) The menu looks fabulous. The wines look ... expensive!!! Some very nice ones on there, though.
