My main interests are:

1. Figuring out how to make this Chinese beef brisket + tendon dish with lots of tendon in it + good white rice the way they do it in Chinese restaurants. It tastes alot different than brown rice or the rice I might eat during Thanksgiving.

2. Finding great food similar to the above picture that can be delivered to my apartment room in the Cambridge/Boston area.

3. Something related to my username and tips on using them/finding good ones.
