New here

Hi
I am new here, just found this message board today. I used to cook in restaurants for nearly 20 years, just family style resturants. Not any fancy cooking. I retired from cooking and went to factory work, its seems alot easier on my old bones.
I look forward to visiting this place alot, I like it already.
