How long will this be good for

I made a pasta sauce on Thursday and put it in a large mason jar and into the fridge so the flavors could marry. How long will this be good in the refrig?

Here's the ingredients so you'll have an idea:

Canned Tomatoes
Fresh Basil
Fresh Oregano
Fresh Parsley
Fennel Seed
Onion
Garlic
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder
Hot Sauce
Sugar

Today is Monday, so I would use it today or tomorrow or freeze it.

I use a 5 day rule.

Those flavors are married. I'd either use it or freeze it before they divorce!

5 days is a good guideline although because it's all cooked down, you could stretch it to 7 days with no problem.

Thanks guys! I thought one of the chefs on the foodnetwork said 2 weeks with hers but I couldn't remember. I'll go with the 5 day rule.
