Hello All,
I am in the middle of a kitchen remodel and have to decide on a dual fuel range (trying to decide between Viking and Wolf) and separate wall oven. I do power baking and want the absolute best convection oven for baking. I've been advised to consider Viking, Wolf or Gaggenau.
I've been told that Wolf has a lot of repairs but then my neighbor has Viking and is not happy. I've also been told to check out the Gaggenau oven.
The sales reps are no help as they each say their exclusive brand (viking, wolf etc) is the best and that their competitor has major problems. Don't know who to believe. Where can I find unbiased reviews?
I've considered contacting culinary schools to see what their recommendations are for the pastry side of things.
Can anyone shed any light here?
