Yeah, I wasn't really thinking about size until I measured my current one. Even the compact is quite a bit larger.
(waiting for barrage of size matters comments)

Funny you should mention brownies. I just now pulled out the box mix of Ghiradelli Dark Chocolate Brownie mix. It is for my daughter. She just gave me a six huge apples she got when she went apple picking and wants me to make a pie. So I will do that and make her ultimate favorite, brownies. And to go with them she wants a pot of corn chowder. Looks like I am going to be busy.

Just got my Breville mini, it's requiring a major rearrangement of my kitchen counter space but I think I'm getting it figured out. Looking forward to trying it!
