I am looking for the name (and possibly where to purchase) a utensil that I can't find. It is like a spoon to serve dinner out, but one side is flat so that it scrapes perfectly along the side of a casserole dish. It has the spoon curvature,(not flat like a spatula) but one side is sorta squared off.

Any ideas on the name of it? or where to purchase it?

no.

It looks like a spoon. Rounded one side like a spoon. But the bottom and one side are flat so that it can scrape the sides of hte casserole pan

Most common these days is probably made of silicone and called a "Spoonula" because it is a spoon shaped spatula. You can find them just about everywhere - I know Target carries them, I'm sure most cooking stores do too.

This is a spoonula but I dont think that's what badbit is after.

You can buy these at any kitchenware store.

I think it's what Andy's pic is. I have seen them but not in rubber.
