This recipe gave me 4 of those 6" pies.
I did two in the ceramic dishes and two in foil. I cooked one ceramic pie right away and the other 3 I wrapped well and froze.
The foil pies I could and probably will, put directly into a preheated oven to bake. But the ceramic one I clearly marked to "defrost before baking!"
