Cool find.
I picked up at a second hand store a small cleaver. It's attraction--it's high carbon steel!! old promotional piece but well made. I put an edge on it and it has turned out to be an excellent vegetable chopper. The blade is about 4" long and 3" high.. Easy to hold and wow, does it ever take an edge!!!
For $.50 it's worth every penny.....
Keep an eye out at second hand stores. Some of those old rolled steel knives are made with VERY good steel!
